The boys are thrilled with the play kitchen at toddler time. Anyone have one they want to recommend?

I want to get my boys one for Christmas also...DH thinks it's a girl toy but he's out of his mind lol...anyway I thought the Little Tikes one was cute it's on recent commercials it has a learning mode where it talks to you and tells you a recipe, however, I don't want to spend too much I think it is about $100 which isn't bad....but I am still undecided.

This is the kitchen my bf's daughter has and my son LOVES it!!!

It's a bit expensive but it lends for hours and hours of fun!

My girls have this kitchen from Step2 and love it. I love that it had counter top on both ends fo them to play at.

We have this Little Tikes one. They absolutely love it! It's very easy to put together and sturdy. This oneis also made by Little Tikes, but is less expensive. Your boys will probably enjoy any kind of kitchen, but some features that I would probably look for are sturdiness and that it is big enough for both to play with it at the same time without getting in each other's way. Good luck!

We love [post="http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2413022&cp=&pg=4&f=Taxonomy%2FTRUS%2F2255956&sr=1&origkw=play+kitchen&kw=play+kitchen&parentPage=search"]this[/post] wooden one from Kidcraft!!!
I think both Target.com and Toys r Us and Walmart.com have this model or one in primary colors. What is so great is the fact that it is double sided, which is great for more than one child.

We have the same Step 2 kitchen that Sarah posted and the girls still love after a year!

Similar to some others talked about but for about $50 less without a noticeable difference, we just got this one for their b-day and they love it. :)

The one we have is a little more expensive but all my kids love it. It has a kitchen on one side and a play grill on the other.
Inside/outside cook'n grill kitchen. I bought it at Toys R Us but I can't find it on their website, I got it about 3yrs ago when they were 2yrs old and they did great with it.

We JUST got this one a couple of days ago: http://www.amazon.com/Step-791700-Helpers-...1393&sr=8-1

It's a perfect size for them and doesn't have too much going on. The best part is that when it arrived, all we had to do was take it out of the box. No assembly required. Probably not the best choice if you want something that grows with your child but I figured we will get a more updated one as they get a little bit older and really understand pretend play.

This is the one I think we are getting the girls for Christmas but if money was no option I'd get them this one.

I saw this one (The Step2 WalkIn Kithen) at Sam' Club yesterday for $199.00. My problem with the Step@ & Little Tikes kitchens is that the screw covers they use are supposed to snap closed - they don't stay closed, they break off & are a chocking hazard for little kids. I like a wooden kitchen - it is a better look for the playroom & doesn't have all the sounds & recordings so it allows for more inventive play. That said...my girls love the Dora kitchen & it has really cute food!
