Hey everyone. I really haven't been on here much in a while. But I have a question. When can they have pillows? I have heard 2 yrs but I know they would sleep better with a pillow. Colby sleeps with us most of the time and when I am holding him with my arm underneath him his head is on a pillow. He sleeps so good this way and I really think a lot of it is the pillow. Would it hurt to do this early? Thanks so much!

I got ours a small travel pillow at about 18 months and they loved it. They now have regular sized pillows and we haven't had any problems. Hth!

We got our pillows right about 2 years and they love them. There have been several threads on pillows and toddler pillows in the 1-5 recently, so you might want to do a search! HTH [IMG]

I just got our kids pillows and they'll be two in just over a week. I used to fold up one of their extra blankets in the crib as a low pillow. They don't sleep on their pillows that I got them NOW! My DD will lie down on it, but doesn't stay on it and DS just moves it out of his way! I can't imagine a 14 mos. old STAYING put on a pillow....

My girls have napped on a pillow since about 9 months. Jazzy goes and lays down on hers and 90% of the time stays on the pillow. We bought the girls travel pillows at 13 months for their cribs.

Wow, I cant remember any of mine NOT having pillows, but I know they did... I am sure they were under one.

I also have used those small travel pillows, they are just more their size until they get bigger... I think mine got regular pillows around 1 year.

I think as long as they can push themselves up, the yare big enough for pillow... IMO!

    HTH!

Mine didn't have pillows until they were moved to their toddler beds just before they turned two years old.

Mine move around so much I probably won't give them pillows for a while. No point! they are both like little wind mills while they sleep.
I gave my first two pillows about 18 months and did great with them.

Mine have had pillows since biths, they just looked comfortable without them, I made sure it wasnt just their heads on the pillows, basically their whole back was on them.

Mine have had pillows since they were 1. They were little ones and actually this weekend I bought regular ones and they sleep on them all night. Now naps on the other hand they unload their crib and sleep with nothing in there until I go and cover them back up.
