Periods?

Wow crazy, but I actually want my period. I haven't had one since last April before I got prego. After my 6 week pp appt. I was on IUD, but had to remove because BF could "feel" it. Then I went back to depo, but I remembered how crazy and out of whack I felt when I was on it. Now I've been off all birthcontrol for over a month. I stopped breastfeeding 2 months ago, due to minor surgery. I was just wondering about the average time it took to get it back. More so I can calculate my ovulation days and not proceed to get prego again! The ultrasound tech told me I was REALLY fertile! Lucky me right, I guess thats how I got the twins...

 

3 months for me. I stopped pumping at 11 weeks and I got it about two weeks later

 

4 months for me. fell pregnant in july 07 got my periods back july 08. 12 months exactly of no periods!!!!

Babies are 7.5 months and I still haven't gotten it...though I'm breastfeeding, so that makes a difference, I think?

I really want to know this as well, my girls are 7 months old, I haven't been breastfed full time for at least 4 months (still at night) I am a bit scared because I fell pregnant with the girls after having my tubes tied with my third child. I have had my tubes done again but have had no periods, when do you think I should panic???

You got pregnant after you got your tubes tied????? I just had my tubes tied........now I'm really nervous!!!!

 

My last period was June 07 -- the month I got pregnatn with the twins. Still no period and they will be 1 on the 20th but Im still BFing

 

5 weeks for me, and I'm pumping

 

4 weeks here, Couldn't BF...actually I was surprised and asked OB why I was bleeding!

 

2 months. This is coming from a person with PCOS who would only get a period once a year. Since I had the babies though, I've been getting it every 2 months. Weird.

 

It took 8 months, but I was breastfeeding.

 

I got mine back 2 months after the girls were born. I didn't breastfeed and I'm not on BC.

 

I haven't got my period yet and my babies are almost four months old. However, I breastfed and pumped for six weeks of that and also spent almost two months post-partum in the hospital myself. I am not sure if that would affect it but I am quite content not having mine yet!

 

My babies are 3.5 months old and I have still not had one. I stopped breastfeeding almost 2 months ago and still nothing!

 

two months after I stopped BF'ing, I got my tubes actually cut! I didn't want to chance those clips falling off lol.

one week after my bleeding stopped after I had them (so three weeks!) ugh I am fertile too!!

 

One month for me.

I was really surprised when my OB/GYN told me at my 6-week check up that I´d had AF 2 weeks previously as I was bleeding heavily at the time of the appt (sorry TMI). I BF for 3 weeks but not regularly, maybe once or twice a day, and I had to supplement with formula.
