Peri natal appt update

So everythign is awesome so far!! Baby girl si measuring 1lb9oz and baby boy is measuring 1lb10oz. i am 25 weeks today!!!! But my cervix is measuring 5.7??I have never heard of that so long!!!Has anyone else??? How did it go from 4 to 5.7 in 4 weeks??? I am not complaining by any means but find it weird. Dr did not try to r e measure it so he must have thought it okay.
Anyway both babies are perfect and so far no restrictions!!!

 

Great news on the babies growth! Sorry, but I am in the dark as far as cervix info goes. I am only 17 weeks, so I haven't had mine measured once yet, or I did, and dont even know it.

Glad to hear your appt went well and your LO's are doing great! You cervix is like a sponge and it can lengthen and shorten depending on your position, the babies position and gravity. I am no expert but it sounds like it is good and long! Keep up the good work Momma!!

 

Mine measured 5.7 when I was 23 weeks! And I was told that was VERY VERY GOOD!!! I just had it checked today and it's about 5.7 still!! YAY! no sign of preterm here
