Ok, last night I started having really bad pelvic pressure. It is going into my low back and is more constant than not. The contractions are a little better with the meds but now I am getting really worried with this pressure. What do you all think?

I think you should put in a call today, It's probably just the way baby is sitting, but you never know. Better to be re-assured. I never had "regular" contractions with either of my pregnancies...with the twins the only reason I called was because I lost my Mucus plug..I did't realize I was having contractions and I was 3 cm dilated. With my Dh I never had regular contractions right up until I pushed her out; although they did feel different than BH. I am an unusual case...my Mom was the same, but I say better to be safe...34 weeks is still a little early for baby.

Good luck, I hope you feel better!

Hopefully it's just the way the baby is sitting or maybe moved position. I would call just to be checked out and be on the safe side. I hope it's nothing to worry about...glad the meds are helping the contractions, but you want to keep that baby cooking a bit longer. I never experienced "pressure" with either pregnancy, so I'm not much help on that end.

It could be back labor. Which I had with the twins. I would call your doctor. You should be able to go into the office and see if your contracting. I would drink a lot of water and lay on your left side for a couple of hours and see if that helps but in the mean time go ahead and call.

I agree with all the PP. I would call my DR, drink plenty of water and stay on my left side and rest! Keep us updated!

Yikes, no help here, but I'd definitely call your doctor just to be sure. I hope it's nothing.

Well, I called and they sent me to L&D. They were picking up contractions but I am not dialating so they gave me a shot of Terb and sent me home. I wish I could go 2 weeks without having to go to L&D. What happened to an easy pg???
