So disappointment with this stroller - Please read if you are looking into buying it.

Part of the frame has cracked. I have only had this stroller for 4 months. I called the company and told them what happened. they told me it might not be covered in the warranty because this stroller is not designed for everyday use - especially if you walk around the neighboorhood with it. They told me it was for use at the mall and airport type floors. I re-read the entire manual and it does not mention anything about that neither does any of the product information on their website or the reviews on babies r us website.

I paid over $300 for this stroller and now I have to send the entire thing back to the company and wait a month for it to be returned and then maybe it will be fixed for free - I surely will start making alot of noise to their management staff if they deny this repair.

We don't abuse this stroller by any means. Does anybody else have a problem with their stroller?

I saw your post on the expecting forum ... I was just curious. Anyway, when I went stroller shopping, both BRU and Right Start advised me not to get the Aria. They told me the Combi is better, but they would recommend the MacLaren (although it's slightly different) in this price range because of it's better durability. They told me they get lots of complaints about the Aria because it has so many plastic parts which easily break. I had the Combi, but sold it on Craigslist for a tiny loss, because it was to plasticy for me too, and I need a durable stroller for travelling. So now I have the MacLaren Twin Rally for travelling and the car (bought online for $219 including free shipping and no tax; cheaper than the Twin Traveller which was fine for our needs) and I have the Mountain Buggy Urban Double for walks ... love both. But then I had to sell my Bugaboo when I found out I was having twins.

    That's all I know.

I am sorry, that sucks ... I would call again (maybe you'll get to talk to somebody else and/or otherwise ask for the supervisor).

I've had this stroller for about 1 1/2 years. My only issue is that just recently one of the plastic release latches came off. The company sent me out 2 new ones right away without a charge. Hope they replace yours without a cost!

I have this stroller as well. Ican't say that I am unhappy with it overall because the babies love it. The safety belts allow them to move and the snack trays double as arm bars so it is much preferred to our Maclaren triumph which has none of those features. As far as I'm concerned the stroller has become nearly impossible to push and steer as the babies have grown. the basket is so low that it drags on the floor with even the lightest weight packages. Forget about putting a diaper bag down there. I will say that even though this stroller is certainly better for indoor use, I have taken it on long walks almost every single day since the babies were about six months old and it has yet to fall apart. It could just be that one you have was a little poorly constructed. Good luck. I hope your stroller comes back in one piece and better than before.

I am sorry you are not having such a great experience with the stroller, but I personally have not had any issues with mine. We have had it for over a year and use it all the time as our primary stroller.

Joan Hamburg, who has a radio show on WOR 710 am in NY, actually had someone call in about not getting satisfaction from Peg Perego. If you're still looking for some help on this, you might want to call into her show and try to get some help.
