Does the Peg Perego Aria Twin sit all the way up-right?

Yes and it adjusts to full resting position as well. It also has individual seat controls. I really like mine.

Just to clarify, does it sit up to a full 90 degree angle? If so, then I will buy one for sure! Please let me know!

    Thanks

Yes, I think it does. Additionally the straps come off the back and the kids can really move around, not enough to get out or anything like that but they can pull forward, hold on to the tray and look around and eat from the tray. My kids love being able to do that. I don't know if I've explained it well, check out their site I think they have some pictures of that. They call it Freedom of Movement harness.

Thanks, I was thinking about purchasing it, but checked out the reviews on the Babies R Us website, and it received poor reviews. So now I'm not so sure.

I would go test it out yourself at BRU and put the kids in it.

I don't think it is a perfect 90 degrees but is not far off and we never had an issue.

Like pp said, it's not a perfect 90 degrees but it's close. Girls love that they can lean forward too. It turns on a dime, is lightweight, compact (for a twin stroller), attractive IMO, and looks comfy for the girls. Can you tell I love it?

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't fit through our front door. It fits through all other doors no problem, but we have an old house with an unusual sized door (we had to replace it recently and the custom size cost a FORTUNE). Please don't let this comment stop you from buying it. I only brought it up in case you also have an older home and may need to consider door width when purchasing a side-by-side stroller.
