I just ordered this stroller & was wondering what everyone thought about it? Is it worth it? My SIL has the single peg perego & loves it. What do you all think about the Aria twin???

    Thanks!

I LOVE my Peg. Just last night, we put the boys in the stroller to go over to my brother and sil's house (down the street). I had some other stuff in my hands and was able to push and turn the Peg with no issues. I haven't taken it out much yet (been using my snap n' go), but I think it is a great stroller. so lightweight too, which is a big deal when you have 18-ish lbs boys!

I agree with the PP. It is a wonderful stroller! We also have just begun using it since they are now up to 20 pounds until now it has been the snap and go which we do still use as well.

I looked at MacLaren, Combi and the PP when I was looking for a light weight stroller. I went to Right Start and saw them all. There all the same (retail) price (online offers can be a lot cheaper). Right Start told me that the PP is definitely the worst when it comes to quality. They get lots of complaints. And I know somebody who heard the same at BRU.

We have the PP twin and I love it. It is so light. we also have the duoglider and that thing is a beast, but I like it for walks in the nieghborhood. The peg is great for the store and it has the hooks for bags. We just cam eback FLorida and it was great at the airport and plane. Love it..

We just got the Peg Perego as alternative to the snap n'go, since the boys will soon be outgrowing their carseats. I like it so far, and they seem to like pretty well too (they like it ALOT better than my jogging stroller, sadly, but I'm hoping they grow into that one).

I think as long as you plan to use it for lighter strolling (short walks, the mall, traveling etc.) it's great.

    The benefits:
    -incredibly light weight
    -folds/unfolds easily
-easy one-handed strolling because the bar goes all the way across

    The drawbacks:
-all the parts are plastic so I can imagine it wearing out easily
-the cup holder is really small and not very sturdy
    -doesn't provide good sun protection

I considered the Maclaren, but the weight and price just didn't work for us.

Wanted to add one more comment about differences in the strollers you mentioned...

Have you actually tried them out? That was a deciding factor for me. If I'm remembering correctly, the MacLaren and the Combi both have a third set of wheels and the umbrella handles. When I tried them, I kept kicking the wheels when I walked (I'm 5'8") and the handles were awkward because I kept wanting to hold closer to the center.

I like my Peg alot, and I know a bunch of twin mommas in my local area who have had theirs for YEARS of use. HTH!

I like my Aria a lot. The closest thing to perfect for me. I wish I could design my own though...it would be the Aria with a bigger basket and better sunshades!

We should get together and design a stroller, I love my aria two, but I wish the handle would flip over so I could change postions when walking so the sun would not shine in their face. Won't that be great.
