What games work good for 3 year olds. We have a pin the tail on the donkey and a moon bounce if the weather is nice but are looking for more games. We are looking at a max of 14 kids if EVERYONE shows(this is what happens when you have a big family).

We went to a birthday party recently full of three year olds and played a ton of games. Honestly, most of them were a bust. The kids' attention spans are way too short and getting them all to stay focused long enough was rough (I can't imagine having to organize 14 kids, when it was difficult to do 8). I recommend activities at that age over games. For example, do a craft that matches the theme, set up a table with playdough, put out some coloring pages or stickers, have a pinata, etc.

    Just my two cents...

We went to our twins club fall fest today and they had some foam pumpkins with assorted cut-outs that you could glue or stick on to the pumpkins. I remember my SIL doing something like this for my nieces' parties. She bought visors or tiaras the kids could decorate. She would also, like PP mentioned, set up areas to do other crafts, like coloring and such. You don't need much.

I think you can get some pretty cheap foam kits through Oriental Trading. Good luck!!

I would stick to something like having coloring books/paper and crayons, stickers, maybe paper bags to decorate that would appeal to all ages. Games would be hard to do with a variety of ages like that.

We went to a princess party yesterday and decorated tiaras. It was fun, but fast! She also had crowns for the boys.
