My girls have grown out of all of their nine month clothes but I am having a super hard time finding footie sleepers in 12 month sizes. Do they not exist?

What do your older babies sleep in?

    Thanks!

Carters are the only ones that I have found. The heavy fleece ones are pretty easy to find, but I had a hard time finding lightweight ones with feet for the kids.

I'm Canadian (I know stores differ between countries) and have found footed sleepers at Walmart, Children's place and Zellers. Right now my two are in 12 month and I just bought some 18 month sleepers. Also have some 24 month tucked away :)

Children's place! I love their stretch cotton sleepers and they are pretty reasonably priced (3 for $24). Also, I have some 12 month carter's (which I think are 9-12 months) that are really nice too (in fleece and stretch cotton). Those I got from the Carter's place outlet because I couldn't find them at Macys, Target, or Kohls.

Children's Place has them in all imaginable sizes. Not sure if they're still stocked with the warm fleece ones or already starting with the lighter weight ones for spring. Look online to see what they have. You can also try Ebay for some bargains . . . you can search for stuff being sold new or NWT (new with tags).

I'm surprised you're having trouble finding them. My 10 year old niece still wears footie pajamas, so they make them up to at least that size . . .

Gerber sells them in packages of 2 or 3. Check Walmart!

I got all my boys footed sleepers at Target. They were in a pack of 2 for something like $10.

Be aware the gerber ones run small and shrink after washing. My girls who still fit into carter 6-9 month clothes outgrew gerber 12 month sleepers a month ago! But I've seen packages at target in 18 month size.

Carters and Children's Place both carry them in 12 months and so far I've found them up to 3T.

wow... I've had the same problem, and even went to a Carters store and couldn't find footed jammies- at least not the cotton kind. All I can find is polyester for big kids. Now, I have found one piece footLESS jammies at Walmart/Carters/Kohls... but not cotton footed. hmm... But I do want to second that gerber runs EXTREMELY small. My guys have almost outgrown the 24 mo size!

Yes they exist. I got most of mine at consignment shops but I just saw some at walmart and target a few weeks ago. They are not on the racks like the smaller sized ones but rather in packages of 2 on peg hooks down one of the aisles (atleast thats how they are in our stores) they go up to 5t I think.

Strangely unlike PP's I have found that Gerber run big compaired to other brands. I have some 18-month Childrens Place footed jammies that are too tight and the 18-month Gerber one's I have are still a bit big. I will say that the gerber tend to pile more but who cares they're using them to keep the warm while they sleep, not to a fashion show.

Maybe check out a local thrift store or consignment shop if you are having a hard time finding them. It may be getting too late in the season to find them new in the stores.

You can definitely find them in the Carters Brand - I've seen them up to 24 months in the fleece and the regular cotton style. You can get them at Target, Walmart and Babies R Us. You'll find them in a plastic bag in sets of 2.

I found a website called www.mybabypajamas.com that have some really cute sleepers, but they're a bit expensive for pajamas in my opinion. Also www.footypajamas.com has a great selection but is pricey as well. Their styles and fabrics are so darn cute, and they have a nice selection of sleepers in organic cotton.

You might want to try www.crazyforbargains.com. They have several cute sleepers in 12 months that are in the $12.99-$14.99 price range.

Kohls.com has at least four Carter's footed sleepers in sizes 12, 18, or 24 months on sale right now. BabyGap online had a couple of footed sleepers on sale as well.

    Good luck!

Carters are my all-time faves. My twins are 9 months and wear the 12 month size. I also use the 18 month size for them...lol...Babies R Us sells the miniwear up to 12 months, too. I've seen them at Target, though I rarely buy from there. The clothes always fall apart too quickly. Also, Gerber does sell over 12 months, but I second the other poster about shrinkage! Mine have to wear the 18 month size because of the shrinking, and because they run sooo small too. I haven't seen Gerber over 18 months anywhere, though!

I've bought them at many different places:

    Carters
    Children's Place
    Target
    Walmart
    Kohls

Fleece may be hard to come by at this point, as they seem to be being clearanced out. But the lighter weight cotton sleepers should be out. I know I just saw some of the lighter and fleece at the Children's Place the other day. And I bought PJ's for the girls at Carters for $5.99! Unfortunately, they have very few in their size for next year, but I'm pretty sure they had 12M.

I second this. I don't buy a lot of my kids pj (grandma does ;) ), but I know she has gotten a couple from there. Also, Costco and I think Mervyn's is where she has bought some.

Good luck finding them. I wonder how many stores are still carrying them right now since the weather will start to get warm again soon.

Carter's and Baby Gap. I bought the gerber ones but they got all pilled up and the knees wore out, you get what you pay for I guess?

Ours are from either BRU or Carters. We used them at 12 months and 18 months and I just bought them that were 2T.
