I have been thinking about this for a while and just realized i could post about it....

DS has used huggies overnites for a while now, first in size 4 and now size 5, but is now soaking thru those as well. has anyone in this situation used the size 5 or 6 overnight pull-ups? would they absorb more, or less than the size 5 overnite diaper? we aren't too close to potty training yet, but i'm just thinking of absorbency...

if anyone has tried this, please let me know. TIA

I don't know that the overnight pull-ups are any more absorbent than the overnight diapers. We tried them for a little while when the girls first went to pull-ups during the day, and they are too expensive for what they are. I went back to overnight diapers. Now that they are potty trained, we use regular pull-ups at night. They go potty right before bed, and sometimes after going to bed, so less wetting at night.

I have found that for DD the overnight pull-ups extra absorbency worked great for her. For the boys, not so much. I have taken to using women's overnight super maxi pads in the Huggies Overnites and for the most part that has solved our problem.

I also use the overnight extra absorbency pull ups right now. We switched to these from Huggies overnites, once they started wearing underwear during the day. So far they work great!
