The girls ended up with $180 in cash for their birthday. I want to get them some outdoor stuff that will last a few years to play with. Preferably stuff that 3-4 kids can play with (since I watch 2 other daycare kids).

    Any suggestions?

DO you have a bouncy house? One of the inflatable ones? My girls love playing in theirs.

Bounce house is a big hit here. Mine also love the teeter-totter, sandbox, trikes/bikes, balls...(soccer, beach, nerf). bubbles, sidewalk chalk.
Do you have a kids picnic table? We use ours all the time for picnic lunches or coloring outside.
Our big favorite toy of the summer is the Intex easy set pool (about $50). We use it almost every day.

Sandbox, playhouse, swingset, ride-on toys. They also play a lot with chalk and bubbles. A little swimming pool is great too.

    - A water table. I tried sand and water, but it was just a muddy mess. We now just fill it with water.

    - Sandbox - We have a large wooden playset and the sandbox under the playhouse gets played with the most

    - Small pool

    - Picnic table

Lol...we have most of the stuff you guys listed. For their birthday they got the Step 2 picnic table

We have bubbles, sidewalk chalk, got them bikes/helmets for their birthday. We have the Naturally Playful sand/water table which is ALL sand which they love.

I was thinking maybe more along the line of games? They also got the Little Tikes basketball hoop for their birthday too. We got a rectangular "family" size pool, we have a kiddie pool and a slip n slide...along with numerous sprinklers!

    Keep the ideas coming!

THey have a dome shaped climber at Toysrus for 99$ that looked really neat (I could not find a pic). A teetertotter, pop tent, small trampoline, or scooters maybe??

A bit pricey but I think it would last for years to come.

When the twins were born, we purchased a trampoline for the other kids. My 2, 3 and 5 year old love it. I'm not concerned about them getting hurt because they aren't wild on it (yet). They sit on it and roll balls to each other or bounce slightly. We do have an enclosure for it. We would have bought a swing set, but our backyard is on a slant and our front yard isn't safe for the kiddos unless they are zippered into the trampoline.
