Our little darlings are here!

[SIZE=12pt]On Monday 25th May, I was in hospital for my induction (37 weeks 3 days). At 8.30, my ob broke baby A's water and put me on the lowest dose of oxytocin as my contractions were already working on their own. Around 10.00, the anesthestist put in the cathether for the epidural and we waited another hour or so to actually activate the epidural as things were progressing nicely. Once the medication kicked in, bliss came back and i was able to sleep for a bit. Then my epidural was lowered as it was affecting my BP and before it could be topped up again, everything happened super quickly, i went from 6cm to head crowning within seconds. So without the pain relief, Cooper was born with a few pushes at 13.10 weighing in at 5lb14. My ob then broke baby B's water and within a couple of minutes, i needed to push again, and out came Aaron at 13.18 weighing in at 6lb3. We were able to go home two days later.
They are both doing fantastic and are great little champions at breastfeeding and sleeping I tandem feed them and they sleep snuggled together like a dream.
We are all so in love with them and their big brothers are really happy with them too!

What a wonderful birth story! I'm glad it went so well for you. They are both so handsome and precious! Thanks for posting the pictures. I love looking at the newborn photos.
