Our Boys are here!

Well, My boys are here and are very healthy!! Here it goes....

Well Saturday night I spent the night at my mothers house cuz' I hadn't been feeling well i had a migraine for 2 days.. So Sunday morning I woke up and still had it.. my mother coaxed me into going to the local ER.. which is not my Peri. Office it is 2 1/2hrs. away from her house.. neway.. I get to the hospital.. they take me to L & D cuz' I'm 36wks. 1 day, hooked me up to the monitors.. babies are doing beatifully, and NO CTX! BUT, my blood pressure was way up and I mean way up 174/110! So they take me by Ambulance to my Peri.'s hosptial.. where my blood pressure decides to stay high... My peri comes in and says, Well we're having these babies today.. and of course I"m frantic... cuz' I don't have anything ... no diaper bag nothing! Well I got a Spinal & had to have a C/S they were both breech... and @ 4:14pm, 11-25-2007 Paxton Johnathan David was born weighing in at 5lbs. 11oz. and 18 1/2 and @ 4:16pm, 11-25-2007 his brother Parker Joseph Carl was born weighing in at 5lbs. 2oz and 18inches long! The boys needed NO NICU TIME AT ALL... and got to come straight to recovery with us!!! It was beautiful... they had to spend the night in the nursery because they were grunting a lil' bit due to the C/S... but besides that all is well... My is very, very, very sore.. and blood pressure is still up.. but thank the good lord.. they are healthy!!!

ahhh congrts what a great birth story!! glad to here there are good and healthy what a surprise though. awesome birth weights!!

Way to go, momma. Very proud of you with no nicu time. Enjoy this sweet new baby time!

 

Congrats on your babes. I had pre-e and my BP was still elevated when I left the hospital on meds. I was on them for 2 weeks and then at my 6 week recheck and then it was borderline and it gradually went down over time.

Congratulations! It's so amazing isn't it? One minute you're at a normal dr's appt, the next you're having 2 babies!

Congrats... Mine were born the same way...went to doc appt and straight over to have them with nothing and i am a huge planner... It all worked out how it should... No NIcu time for mine either, makes you proud!
