    Hello everyone,

    I want to start by saying that I could not have endured the trials and tribulations of this pregnancy without the support of this forum. It is a life saver. Thank you ladies.

    Our boys were born March 22, 2009. I had been on bedrest since week 24 for shortened cervix with funneling and few episodes of PTL. I was convinced I was not going to make it, but miracously the days on bedrest became weeks and before I knew it I was at 37 weeks. I had an elective c-section scheduled for 3/27/2009 at 38 weeks.

    I started having high blood pressure issues along with edema. Went in to L&D to get checked out. Turns out I was in early labor, I was dilating and having contractions. Since the boys were 37 weeks and 5 days, we decided to proceed with c-section that night.

    Emre was born at 01:45 and weighed 7lbs and 1 oz .
    Jon was born at 01:46 and weiged 8lbs and 1 oz.

    They both did very well and came home with us on day 3.
