our BIG ultrasound today

Had our big ultrasound apt today at 3pm
My MIL cancelled on us for babysitting but we do have over a foot of snow and its still snowing
so we decide to go anyway and Hubby will sit with the kids while i go in (no kids allowed)
so we wake them up from there nap get them ready pile in the car, get about 4 miles from home and i notice the car
is making a weird noise, than a Loud BANG and now a loud noise
we have to turn around and come home.
triple A is now coming to get the car and now i have to wait till the 10th for a make up apt <_<
Just praying the car is ok we need to trade in that sucker for a van

Oh no! I am sorry! Did you find out what was wrong with the vehicle? Hopefully its an easy fix.

 

UPDATE:
something in the rear end of the car need to be replaced so our mechanic is trying to find the part at a junk yard.
if he can get it out of a junk car the cost should be around $1,400.00 :huh:
but if he has to get a new one we are talking over two grand
all this for a vehical that we are trading in.
we are going van shopping on sat to see what we like, than as soon as the car is fixed we will trade it in.
as if i wasent feeling the winter cabin fever before. now i cant go anywhere during the day
but i always try to look at the bright side..
so happy DH was with me when it happened and no one got hurt.
