Our beautiful girls are here

    Our 2 beautiful little girls arrived safely on Friday morning.

    We made it thru to 37 wks with an mono/di twins (2 seperate sacs w/ 1 placenta). The pg was uneventful....no TTS, Hypertension, false labor etc.... and thankfully no bedrest. They were taken by C section 3 wks earlier than the actual edd due to the fact that I am grand multipara and my OB was concerned about baby B's heart rate being kind of low at times. Both babies were checked out by the ped and are healthy PTL! Baby A weighed 5 lb 6 oz, baby B weighed 5 lb 13 oz, both were 18 inches. Much to our suprise both babies were breach, evidently baby A had flipped since Tues ultrasound.

    Thank you all for your reassurance on Thursday regarding the C section. It went very well, I went in on Friday AM and was able to come home Sunday PM (which made me very happy =-)

    Now to get our "little stinkers" to sleep thru the night LOL.

    Congratulations!! You did awesome making 37 weeks! What are their names? Post photos if you get a chance. I love looking at pics of newborn twins!
