Our 6 month appointment

Well, the babes had their 6 month appointment today and they did really well considering that they also had shots.

Luke weighs 15lbs 12oz and is 26.5 inches tall & Sophia is 14lbs 12oz and 26 inches tall.

We can start 2nd stage foods, no meat yet though. We can also start sippy cup training with formula, water, or juice/water combo. We also can mix up their cereal variety to oatmeal and barley.

Luke might be getting a tooth, even the doctor was not sure, she was not sure if he had some white cell growth on his gums (she says that's normal, I've never heard of it) or it could be a tooth. So for now, it is his mystery white spot.

If you ladies have any advice about sippy cup training, I would love to hear it!
