Our 2 Year Check Up

I can't believe Kate and Abby are already 2!!!!! We went to the pedi this morning for their check up. I was a little nervous to go because DH usually goes with me, but since he is out of town M-F I had to go without him. I brought my 13 year old neighbor along instead. Abby cried when we got called back to the room and when she had to be measured, but other than that things went smoothly. I was happy to hear that they did not need any shots. However, I was worried when they told me that they needed to get a blood draw. Surprisingly neither one of them cried! They were excited to get bandaids and stickers at the end of it.

Here are their stats:
Abby 31 lbs. 36 in.
Kate 27 lbs. 36 in.

According to their current measurements, they should be 6 ft. tall when they are fully grown! (Although I don't think they will actually be that tall.) Not bad considering I am 5'2" and DH is 6'2".

 

Sounds like they are doing great! Way to go!

WOW, they are tall!!!!!!! Sounds like they are doing great! what was the blood draw for? We didn't have that at 2 years.
