We have tentatively decided on our girls' names, but wanted some opinions before making them final. They are:

Anna Catherine
Grace Allison

Our last name is Brown. How do you think those names will sound together?

I love Anna & Grace!! They were on our middle name list!

 

LOVE Anna & Grace! Allison I don't really like because the other names all seem to be so classic, how about:

Anna Catherine and Grace Elizabeth?

Thanks for the replies. I had actually thought about using Elizabeth instead of Allison because it IS more classic. But, I really like the name so we may keep it even though you're right that it doesn't exactly go with the style.

We are getting closer to finalizing them. it starts getting real when they're not just Baby A and Baby B anymore!

They are both very cute names.
However, you have to remember that the middle names won't be said always and Grace brown sounds a little off to me.
But it's totally you and your husbands descision.

 

I LOVE them!!!! I like Catherine spelled with a 'C' better than a 'K' too.....

Allison Grace Brown

I'm in the Grace Brown doesn't sound right camp. Too many word names in a row. That and Allison is alot less popular than Grace!

 

I love the names!! you are lucky - mine were baby A and baby B
until the day we left the hospital!!

I love the names you've picked out, but I agree with the others about Grace Brown, it sounds a bit stilted. I think a one syllable last name sounds better with a longer first name.

Allison Grace

My niece Allison is "Allie" to the family, so you may end up calling them Anna and Allie. I personally think that's adorable but it may be too matchy-matchy for you.
