online shopping

Being on maternity leave and trying to get my older kids ready for back to school has opened me up to looking online for deals. I've never been an online shopper before but the idea of going to the store with twins plus the older kids is just to overwhelming. I've been really suprised at the great deals I'm finding, especially on ebay. I've managed to get all my back to school shopping done and for under $500 and never had to leave the house, yeah. I haven't got the shoes yet but I think I will go to the store for those.

 

When we lived overseas I only shopped online. I couldn't believe the great clearance deals I could get. Old Navy is a great one, but I really shopped a lot at Victoria Secret and J Jill (since that was all before kids). Now I like to visit the Gymboree website for good deals. It doesn't hurt that we've lived in warm climates for 6 years and we can always wear warm weather clothes. TS has a great shopping forum too if you're looking for deals on twin sets.

 

i've always done online shopping but i don't think i ever did as much as i've done since the boys arrived. and since i can't find baby mum mums locally and they've been recommended so highly here i might start buying their snacks online, too!

What are baby mum mums?
I don't really shop online, unless I can't find it in a store. Mainly because we have a babysitter 2 afternoons a week, so I can run errands when she's here. If I need to go on the weekend, I tell DH I need to go shopping for the babies. It's sounds legitimate, and it's a great escape from the house (he hates to shop and stays home to watch the babies)! :ibiggrin:

 

shopping online has become huge for me since the twins were born. Honestly we order everything from diapers to clothes to toys to snacks/food. Diapers.com is awesome!

Oh, and baby mum mums are an awesome first finger food. They are like surfboard shaped rice cakes that melt in their mouth. My babies still love them.

 

Really? I bought them at Walmart, but I think I have seen them other places as well.

 

I love to shop online. So convenient having things come right to my door!
