Online photo printing services -which do you use?

I figure someone has already done some research! thanks for letting me know whom you use and where you've found the best deals/promotions/quality.

I use my local Costco. I can upload online and pick them up for 17 cents each. If I were to upload the photos at the store, the price drops to 15 cents. I can also have them shipped but I've never done that.

 

I LOVE walmart.com. I use it constantly. I've ordered hundreds of photos from them already as well as Christmas cards, dedication announcements, photo ornaments, and mugs. Stuff comes pretty quickly too. I had a problem with a photo order not arriving and they re-sent it overnight by FedEx without question or cost. You can upload unlimited photos from your computer to their website, manipulate and edit the photos, remove red eye, etc. They are super cheap too!

 

Ditto to Wal-mart. It works great and is super easy!!

we use kodakgallery.com I like that I can share my pics w/ fam and friends and THEY can order pics if they want. Ordering them has really been pretty easy, they have options to have them sent to local stores nearby (CVS, grocery stores, all sorts of places...) and that way you don't have to pay shipping. Quality has been excellent. I did do one order w/ snapfish once, and the quality wasn't as good, IMO.

 

I have used Snapfish for all my online photo ordering. Haven't ever had a problem, and I'm happy with them. I've used Shutterfly to make digital scrapbooks as gifts (you can go on ebay and buy codes for free scrapbooks--and they end up costing like 5 bucks instead of 30) and they were great too. Both of those sites offer prints for 12cents each with really low shipping, or the option of picking up the prints at various local pharmacies, etc.

I got terrible customer service with snapfish once.

I use winkflash.com. They charge 12 cents each for 4x6 prints (and their prices for larger prints are also low), and 99 cents flat-rate shipping for 4x6s, no matter how many. I can order 100 prints and pay 99 cents shipping. (No local pick up, but I often do not have a car, so I wouldn't choose that anyway.) The prints look good, I can get white borders (which I like). I have ordered 1000s of prints from them. Two or three times they have made a mistake, but they are quick to correct (call, don't email) and credit me when they do. They have lots of different things you can get your photos printed on. If you want a larger size, say 5x7, 8x10, etc, they charge 89 cents extra shipping for the first 10 non-4x6 prints. They have LOTS of sizes, including square sizes. They also offer things like canvas prints.

 

Check out printrates.com. There are loads of reviews and pricing info.

 

I use Clark.com. I prebuy 400 prints at a time and they end up costing only $.09 per print. Super cheap!

 

kodakgallery.com...I've looked at others and I think Kodak is the best IMO.

 

ditto snapfish. I pre-buy 250 prints at a time for .10 ea.

 

Costco for us as well.
