One Not Drinking Whole Milk - Suggestions?

Hi everyone! I have just stopped nursing Samuel and Grace for a little over a week now, and I am having such a hard time trying to get Grace to drink whole milk!! Samuel does wonderfully with it though. I am a little worried about her not getting enough milk. She drinks out of sippy cups VERY well - I never even gave them probably more than 10 bottles while they were nursing, so that is not a factor. (however, I did try to put it in a bottle, just as a test - no luck there either).

Has anyone else ever had this problem? What did you do? Thanks so much!!!

My dd didn't take to it that well at first either. I mixed half formula and half whole milk.....then slowly reduced the amount of formula....within a week or two she was on just whole milk. HTH

 

Kayla doesn't like milk but if I add some Ovaltine she loves it. I don't add the amount in the directions, just enough to add some flavor. I don't care for milk either so I don't blame her!

 

Mix 4 oz of yogurt(whole if you can find it) with 4oz of whole milk. We transitioned with this and by a year all their day bottles were milk(we kept night bottles as formula for 2 more months due to weight issues with Jessy).

Another mixture is add about a teaspoon of vanilla a dash of cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar
