I am due one month from today. Our house is finally ready for the baby's arrival. We got a new vehicle last week and I got the car seat/base installed. My hospital bag is all packed with the exception of a few things. As nervous as I am about how the VBAC will go and how the girls will take to the baby I finally feel prepared for this baby. I go tomorrow to the peri (I can't find my directions to his office though!!) and hopefully he will be able to tell us an estimate of how big she is now. This baby has got to be bigger than the girls were together by now!

The only thing we do not have for this baby is a baby book! We can't find a gender neutral, non-Winnie-the-Pooh baby book anywhere. (I don't like Winnie-the-Pooh.) I have been looking since I was 20-ish weeks and still haven't found one. I don't want to order online because I like to actually see the baby book before purchasing. I'm going  !

Congrats and good luck to everyone due/scheduled for c-section before me!

Ronda, yay for only having one month left and feeling like you are ready, it sounds like you are! :good: Why do you want a gender neutral book? Good luck finding one!!

I was wondering the asme thing? If you know it's a girl, why the gender neutral book? Is it just in case "SHE" comes out a "HE?" Hopefully not!!!

I can't believe you only have a week left! Good luck with your peri appt!

That's exactly it--I'm not 100% convinced that the baby really is a girl. If I was I convinced I have found the most adorable girly baby book--hopefully tomorrow with getting a better u/s and everything we will see and then maybe I will be okay with getting a gender specific book. ;)

Its going by so fast Rhonda!! I have everything ready for the baby, but I cant get the house organised the way I want!! It probably wont happen either. I havent even looked for a baby book, it slipped my mind. :fool: I hope and pray that everything goes smoothly so you can have your VBAC!!
