One excellent 2 mo appt

    The girl's 2 mo appointment was yesterday and I was getting used to percentiles being 5 and 10% (very different than my 90% DD!!!) We went in and the Dr did the measurements and I couldnt believe it. They were up to the 50th percentile!!! Brooke is 10lb4oz and Braelynn is 10lb9oz that is almost double their birthweight and that was premature!!! I am so proud of my little fighters and all that they have overcome since their birth and NICU stay. I thought I would share our wonderful story!!!!

    I have to laugh because our firstborn was a preemie and every time we go in for a developmental assessment, the neonatologist is so proud. I think- DUH- it wasn't you pumping your boobs off dude! No, really he's a really great man and is so happy that that little scrawny 31 weeker is so perfectly well adjusted. Actually I saw him today as I was going into the LC's and he smiled at ds and asked how the twins were. He was happy that he didn't have to meet the twins!

    You must feel like a million bucks!
