I had an ultrasound today. Twin A is a week behind Twin B. Should I be concern? Im 27 weeks

My twins have been between 3-6 days apart from day one. I'm now 31 weeks. Unless the doc tells you otherwise there isn't much room for concern I don't think. :grouphug: If you ever have doubts do not be afraid to ask while at your US or any other appointment, I definitely had to break out of my shell due to being nervous about soo many things.

One of our boys measured a week behind for most of the pregnancy. It was no concern to the doctor.

At my 24 week apt my girls were measuring 6 days apart, THEY always measured different gestational age throughoiut my entire pregnancy, 6 days was the furthest apart. My doc said not to worry until they measure 10 days apart bcuase of TTTS, AND only if it stayed consistantly like that at each weight check. My girls literally swicthed back and 4th of who was bigger throughout entire pregnancy, I worrid then too, but not nessacary, just stressed me out and I could not do anything about it. So just stay healthy take care of yourself, thats all you can do!! I am sure they are ding just fineee:)

If you are having fraternal twins, it's not so big deal (according to my MFM). It's like 2 different pregnancies. Plus, ultrasound measurements can be off too.

My boys always measured 3-5 days apart. It's when they hit 10 days apart that you need to worry.

My girls have a pretty big size discordance (23%) and it worries the doctors. They said as long as size difference stays with in 9 days or so they don't worry so much. So I'm sure they will just keep a good eye on the 3 of you.
