OMG they are all over the place!

Both of my babies are crawling now and its is mental!! One goes one way and the other goes the other!! They are also both pulling up on everything. Even things that dont stand still! If you stay in one spot for more than minute they are climbing up your leg! Jack is also letting go when he pulls up on the things and is standing for a good ten seconds by himself!! I keep expecting him to take off and run across the living room! He crawled through to the kitchen at the weekend when my partner was in there and i was like where has he gone? My partner turns round and says Oh Jack get out of the dogs bowl!! He had his hands in the dog food and was very close to sticking it in his mouth! Also when i shut the kitchen door they both come cralwing through and stand up at the door making raspberries!! It is so funny but also scary at the same time! Just thought i would share. x

I am kind of nervous for this stage and the walking stage just because of what you have said. It has to be so exciting though!

 

Wow! I am going to enjoy my next couple of weeks/months of them not crawling! It sounds crazy!

 

I could have posted your exact post, except Emily got into the cat food bowl!! Caught her just in time, she was about to gobble down a handful of meow mix! She just started crawling last week, but Sam has been crawling since Christmas. It is so weird to look down and see TWO babies crawling around! It's so exciting though!!

 

I remember waiting for the twins to start and everyone saying "Be careful what you wish for".....They get so active so fast!! Congratulations on your crawlers......let the babyproofing begin.

 

Oh wow .. I guess I should really enjoy this time when I can plunk them down somewhere and know that they will stay put!!! Congrats on the crawlers!!!!

 

I LOVE this stage, they are so much more happy now that they can get everywhere and pull up when they want. Dd is also standing for about 10-20sec and walking very well behind her toys so I am sure we will both be adding a walking baby into the mix soon!!!!

Ds got into the dog water bowl too this weekend, it was too funny.

 

It is a crazy time but also fun!!! I love seeing them crawl and get into things...though I probably won't be saying that later! :lol: Have fun!!!

Although I'm thrilled that my girls are little explorers now, I have to admit that every now and then I miss the days when they were so very little and didn't move!
