DS fell over (while standing) and bonked his chin on the coffee table. I thought it was just like every other head bonk until i saw the GUSHING blood!! I FREAKED!!! My almost 10 Month old baby
I rushed him to the ER Where he gt stiches in his upper gum. (He has his two bottom teeth)

Poor baby!! He was such a tuff guy!

OMG! That is my worst nightmare! Poor little guy, I just feel so bad for him (and you too Mommy!!!) HUGS!!!!

Mine are 6 months and we are starting to baby proof. We have a slate and iron coffee table and end tables and I want them outta there!! DH thinks we can just put some of those pads on the edges - uh I don't think so!!!

    Poor little guy! :(

Ellie used to bounce up and down standing really close to the crib rail. Until the day she smacked her chin and bled all over the place too.

I STILL remember getting stitches as a baby IN THE PAPOOSE and it was really scary!! (I was like 3)

OMGoodness! I hope he heals quickly ( and you too :) ) That must have been so scary. DS hit his head on the entertainment center a month or so ago and had the biggest lump and bruise for days. Broke my heart everytime I looked at it. Definitely not looking forward to all the bumps and bruises they will get.

Oh my! Stitches! Good thing you brought him in. DS fell and we had blood, but it stopped and everything was fine at that age. :hug99: Poor guy!

Poor little guy. My older DS did this when he was about 3. He fell in a pumpkin patch and bit his lip, it bled like crazy. I am glad he is ok. Talk about scary.
