I had to let my mom watch the girls so that my fiance and I could catch up on some things (his school work, house cleaning, etc.) They stayed all night at her house and all day the next day. My mom and dad took the night shift and then my dad and my brother took the next day. Elly sleep about 6 hours the night before so dad didn't have to do much until the next day, while my mom went to work. The girls were ready to go at 8:00 though. Everytime I called my dad and brother were running around saying one was hungry the other needed changed, or they both wanted attention while my dad was in the shower and my brother was trying to iron his clothes. Well my dad and brother ended up being five minutes late for work(same job) and then my sil took over the babysitting. When I called her the guys had left one with a very full bm diaper and they were both hungry and she was trying to figure out how to feed two at once she said "my arms are all contorted" She only had them about an hour alone and then my mom came home from work and took over. When we got there that night my mom looked like she had just ran 24 hour marathon.

The point though, is my dad and brother said they had a whole new respect for moms and my sil wanted to never have twins cause she didn't know how I did it all day everyday and my mom only wants to watch them when she can get lots of rest and sleep the next day.

So here is my hats off to all the multiples moms. Congrats and Good work!!!! :bow2: :Clapping: :hug99:

What a cute story! That's great that they were willing to help out. My dad has made similar comments before and says he dosen't know how I do it!!

It's nice to feel appreciated! :)

It really is hard for people to understand what we go through in a day! It's great that they all helped out! :)
