Glad you are okay! I fell on the play yard one time. I had some bruises but the biggest one was my ego. My mother just said to me, "I told you not to climb over that." Brought me right back to childhood to other things my mother has said like "Told you not to put the knife in the toaster. Bet that hurt." (in response to me shocking myself because I used a knife to get a piece of toast out of the toaster...)

Oh you are so lucky you were not hurt! I tripped over the gate in the kitchen and had to go to the ER. I was in a leg brace for 2 weeks cause I swelled. Bet you wont try that again.

Well, your reason was better than mine. I stuck a metal coat hanger in an outlet just to seee what would happen. (Explains alot about me, doesn't it? LOL!) A kid I went ot HS with bought the house after my father died and he tells me there's still a black streak up the panelling. *snort*

And do ya'all know how many times I've wiped out on baby gates? Got stitches in my chin from one incident with the gate in Owen's doorway when he was about two. I'm a dork. :D

I did that a couple of days ago. I have a nice bruise on my knee and some swelling. Gotta love those baby obstacles :D. Glad you are ok.

Sadly, I've done that more than once. I also slipped on an open book laying on the wood floors the other day and completely bruised my hip. I told the girls I was going to call "PPS" (parent protective services) on them. I'm glad you're ok and have a good sense of humor about it.
