Ok... you were all so helpful (and quick!) in recommending the CARS movie... I'm going to ask for more suggestions!

We're going on a four hour plane trip in two weeks and I had thought I'd just bring tapes of a few Little Bear episodes, but I'm guessing there are full length movies out there that might be good too.

Sooooo... other than CARS, what movies would be good for my just-turned-three girls?

    Thanks much!

It really depends on what you girls are in to. As far as full length movies, CARS, Cinderella, Monsters Inc., but I think at that age we did mainly DVDs of shows like Angelina Balerina, Sagwa, Thomas the Train, Dora etc. Good luck on your trip!

My two liked UP...I thought the beginning was a little sad but it sailed over my kids head and they enjoyed the movie.

Mine are boys but LOVE Toy Story (1 & 2), Finding Nemo, & Emperor's New Groove. Mine sorta liked Monsters, Inc but it started a bit of a 'scary monster' frenzy again. They quickly lost interest in CARS, surprisingly.

We still do Diego movies in the car because 1 disk usually has 3-4 episodes on it. My guys also LOVE their Laurie Berkner Band DVD & some Little People movie that came with one of their Little People movies. They also still enjoy Leap Frog Letter Factory.

Good luck finding movies to keep yours entertained!!!

Nemo, Dora, and the Muppet Show.

And Nancy, the beginning is a "little sad?" OMG, *I* was in tears and I never cry.

My girls love Wall-E, Toy Story 1 and 2, Cars, and Nemo. Those are the full length movies they'll watch. Other DVDs we like are Curious George (the episodes not the movie... the movie they liked, but cried during parts and have asked to NOT take it out of the library again- oops!), Dora, Wubzy, and Fraggle Rock (another library find!).

Me too. I'm getting teary just thinking about that beginning.

Well, there is the part where he meets her as a child, so that part was happy. I was trying to balance it out. But yes, I was in tears too.

Mine LOVE the Little Einstein movies, Finding Nemo (this has some scary parts, but they go right over A&A's heads), Tinkerbell, Bolt and Thomas the Train movies.
