oh the pain!

I am 33 weeks pregnant now. Baby A is 4 lbs and Baby B is 3 1/2. My knees hurt, my back aches, my ribs hurt, my head hurts, can't sleep!!!! Counting down the days!! I am still working full time, we really need the money so I am going to work until the doc tells me not to. Anyone else this uncomfortable?

 

Oh I remember all too well, I think it happened sooner than that for me. I can remember waking at 3am and taking a warm bath to try to ease the aches and pains. I also remember the day I delivered very well, as soon as the epidural was administered I remember commenting how it was the first time in a long time that I had no pain in my lower body. It will come before you know it!

 

:hug99: I so remember the days. I feel for ya. Just think, soon it will be over and you wont be getting sleep because the babes are awake and laughing at ya!

 

Sarah, :hug99: I remember that feeling oh to well. :hug99: But you are getting really close now and you can do this Momma!! Congrats on 33 weeks!!

 

Ummmm, yeah, I understand. It is 2:30 am here. I have not been sleeping well for about 2weeks. I know that the money is great to make, but you really might need to go out of work soon. Take it easy!

 

i am 31 weeks and believe me, i am also feeling the pain. i am also still working fulltime, 3 12 hr night shifts per week as a L&D nurse and much of it is on my feet. my groin pain is so bad that it feels like somebody's sticking knives in it when i stand up or move my legs a certain way. my hips hurt all the time, my lower back hurts and sometimes goes painfully numb, i've had sciatica since 17-18 wks, and now i've got this constant abdominal pain that worsens anytime i'm walking. sigh.

p.s. but so far my sleep is doing pretty good, i sleep just about anytime i get a chance cuz i'm so exhausted and drained all the time.

 

I feel it too. And it has progressively gotten worse. Its like every day and week there is some new pain I feel and new level of uncomfortableness. Most nights I can't sleep at all. I am SO ready for them to be here!!!
