After the week from he** last week, the weekend of complete and utter nap destruction (aka let's take mommy out to REI and buy a stroller for mother's day and come home with two overtired babies), and the monday of pain, angst, and still no naps... I spent all day tuesday and wednesday working on getting them to sleep--not worrying about keeping them on the same schedule, just getting as much sleep as possible out of them as individuals.

    And now, finally:

They are sleeping, at the same time, in their own cribs, in their own room, and have been asleep for over an hour. I have had a chance to pee, eat lunch, drink some water, eat a little bit more just because I can, fold a load of laundry, and get some internet time. I feel like a brand new woman!

Thank you to all of you who gave me encouragement last week when I was so stressed. :)3

Thats great! You'll find yourself eating when your really not hungry because your not sure if you'll get another peaceful chance to eat!

Isn't it funny how using the bathroom and doing laundry make us happy?

I'm happy for you :) . Did you at least get a stroller you love out of the destruction of your routine?

My 14.5 year old informed me yesterday that living with the twins is like living with a vat of nitroglycerin in the house!

BTW - I have been thinking of you, and hope that you are feeling better. I enjoy your blog, and I love seeing your pictures of your babies.
