That's fantastic! We are in the same boat as you...almost exactly! Our girls are 26 months and ds is10 months(16 months apart!) so...tell me! Does it get easier as Hannah has started to get a bit older? Sawyer is walking already and he isinto everything and the girls are beside themselves with him right now! We have considered trying for another baby but life is so chaotic right now that I am not sure I will ever be ready! What is life like day to day with your kiddos?

I would say once she was walking it was easier but by 18 months when she started to push back it got way easier ;) The chaos doesn't end though, I always thought I wanted 4 but now with Hannah turning 2 I really don't think we will. I really just don't think I can handle another one...and I personally think I'm a pretty good mommy;)

Life day to day is pretty simple now that they are on the same schedule. Everyone wakes around 7-730 (sometimes sooner with the boys and later with H go figure), after lunch H gets a nap for about 1.5hrs but thankfully if we miss for something she's a dream to put to bed later! All 3 go to bed at the same time:) I would say since Hannah started talking the fighting between the 3 has gone down a ton and they probably play nice 70% and fight 30%....on a good day;)

You know, I know a lot of big families. We're a pretty good sized one, with 6 kids. But that's small compared to the few I know with 10-12. Almost everyone I've talked to about it, says that 3 is hardest. I wouldn't say the chaos goes away. But you get used to it, you develop great coping strategies and you have older kids who can hold the hand of a younger one, get a bowl of cereal for a toddler, and play together in the back yard... giving you a chance to do a load of laundry, pay a couple bills or eat a bon bon, LOL.

Wow, Kim... it is crazy how 2 years flies by!! I remember you and I were pregnant together for a while, though my Ryan has another 6 weeks before he turns 2. It seems like just yesterday!! Our twins are nearly the same age, too! I have often thought about you and took comfort in knowing there was someone else out there who was going through the same thing!!! :)

I wish Hannah a very happy 2nd birthday!!

I have heard this too from families I know with 4 and 5 children. They have all said once you get past 3 kids, you don't even notice. I just don't know about that. DH doesn't want to test out that theory anyway. LOL

Neither does mine lol!!:). I also don't want to space my kids out so if we wanted to wait a few years id be all about it but I just don't want to, so I should've already had a baby or at least be pregnant so I guess I'll be thankful to have had 3, especially twins:)
