Had to pop on here and let you all know that my regular ob/gyn pretty much lifted my restrictions..as long as I feel okay and don't start bleeding again. He even lifted pelvic rest..but told me that I didn't need to tell dh about that one unless I wanted to! I had my level II u/s last week and the sch is significantly smaller. I do have venous lakes in my placenta...but the baby is growing well, so things seem good. I will start growth scans at 27 weeks to make sure that the placenta continues to work well. So I won't have another u/s for 7 more weeks! wow!! Anyway it's nice to not feel guilty over cheating the restrictions anyway... I was still doing occasional loads of laundry, just not lifting the baskets.... I'll probably still not go overboard, since I do get a good amount of bh ctx anyway.

How exciting for you after all you have been through. Please still be careful though ok? I would say to not even do the things you were cheating with before..........can someone else help you with that? To me a load or two of laundry just isn't worth the risk of going through what you have been recently, KWIM?

Yes, I agree with pp. Congrats but don't over do it. Having a little dust in the house or not getting all the laundry done, will be worth it in the end when you have your 2 beautiful healthy babies!!! :icon_biggrin:

Thanks for all the concern... I won't overdo it, I promise!! My laundry is on my second floor..and dh carries the baskets for me.. all I do is transfer from basket to washer, then to dryer and back to basket.. I've only done maybe 2 loads each day... I try not to do do it too frequently. I don't plan on vacuuming or doing heavy cleaning... I get too many bh ctx for that!! I used to get them like crazy with the twins and with my older dd...now that I've been taking it easy this pg I haven't gotten quite as many...and you know what??..it's nice!! They are fairly painful bh ctx and do exhaust me...so now that I know I was probably getting them from being too active it's more incentive to not do too much! Of course, I have the cervix of steel..and in prior pgs these ctx did squat to open up my cervix...even at the end! After 10 wks of modified bedrest, I've kind of gotten used to a messy house... so I don't think I'm going to go overboard getting back into my cleaning routine or anything like that.
