Wanted to post to see if anyone has installed a heat-pump and/or boiler running on solar with propane backup. Currently looking to understand my options heating for approx 60k BTU. Thanks for your thoughts.

I chose multiple mini splits. No single point of failure, and my backup is a fireplace.

That sounds like a solid setup you're planning - a heat pump with solar and propane backup can be really efficient, especially if you're aiming for energy savings long-term. For 60k BTU, you'll want to make sure the sizing is spot on based on your home’s insulation and layout.
Also, if you’re anywhere near Charleston or just want some expert guidance, check out plumbprosc.com. They’re known for their professional HVAC and plumbing services - including heat pump and boiler installations. Super reliable, and they even offer emergency services 24/7, which is a huge plus when dealing with heating systems. Worth giving them a call if you want a second opinion or install help.

Need to stretch your network farther than a standard Ethernet cable allows? Ethernet extenders are a super easy way to get past that 328 ft limit without a ton of hassle. Great for long runs—indoors or out.

Found this guide with 5 simple ways to extend your cable. Worth a look:

    Helped me out big time!
