    Made up this poem; enjoy

how i love thee when you fall out several times a night causing me to get out of bed more times than i have hair all over my body, for i needed the excersize
how i love to play hide and go seek trying to find you in the dark as not to wake my sleepin babes. i do so love playing games.
and when you fall down i get the pleasure of picking you up from the ground in the middle of store with no water around and a screaming baby wondering if its worth listening to the screaming or licking it myself to get the germs off and pop it back in their mouth.
how i love that that you are only available at birth via hospital and can not be replaced. you are oh so special.

I do so love you oh binkie oh binkie may your plastic never fail

    :D

    Hey, ya gotta laugh.

I especially relate to the part about being available only at the birth hospital. Mine would take only the green hospital Soothies -- no other kind. But here's a hint -- if you're ever in the vicinity of the hospital, it's worth making a small detour. When I went back for our 6-week checkup (to the medical center next door to the hosp), one of the maternity nurses gave me a handful of individually wrapped soothies without batting an eye.

Wal-mart picked them up as well - seems like there is a market for them!

I bought some at WalMart!!! I also got the bottles... my babies wanted nothing to do with them! Go figure!

LOL!!! I especially like the hide and seek part. I have found myself crawling around on my hands and knees at 3:00 in the morning in a child's room trying to find the darn thing waaaaaaaay too many times...

My DH has definitely sucked on one himself in order to get the germs off. So true, and yet so gross.

    Too funny!

My DH and I swear the house eats the blue-green pacis and spits them out later! We went online and ordered 8. And sometimes our "stash" dwindles down to one... then over some time we find one here and there. We're down to 6 for now, but it is SO nice to know they are at Target now!

These pacis have extra bounce to them than a normal paci... which is why we have to go crawling on hands and knees, in the wee hours of the morning, squinting in dim nighttime light!

    Great poem!
