I was trying to get everything ready for the babies and for me before I was 30-32 weeks.
I have most of the big stuff and dresses bought for the first few months (for the babies).
I am trying to buy my nursing bras...but I am not sure about the size to buy.
I heard the breasts grow bigger towards the end of pregnancy and also after the babies are born.
So, how do I decide now which ones to buy?
What do you all do? And when do you actually buy?

With my twins I just bought two nursing bras towards the end of pregnancy that fit from WalMart and then when the twins were about three months I bought nicer ones. I was an A pre-pregnancy and a C at the end of pregnancy, a D at engorgement and tapered down to a B/C by three months post-partum. Good Luck

I went to a maternity shop in our local mall after my milk came in and had them measure me for a bra. You really won't know how big you will get until your milk comes in fully and then you will get even bigger as you build up your supply. I was a 36 C before pregnancy and then had to big buy the biggest bra they had while nursing and pumping which was a EE and I could only find them at the maternity shop.

[SIZE=12pt]You may want to check out the Bravado Website they have some great information about getting bras for the latter stages of your pregnancy. You also may want to check out your local hospital for lactation consultants to find out if they sell nursing bras. They may also be able to fit you and give you some advice on what to buy for the final weeks of your pregenancy.

    Hope this helps.

my bra size did not increase until almost a week after delivery. I grew after buying a nursing bra (it's a tad too small) I live in nursing tanks that I got from Target. I asked the specialist at the store I purchased the bra from and she said I wouldn't get too much bigger and told me to get my normal size bra...she was wrong.

    Good luck!

I bought sports bra type nursing bras before my son was born. Something like this:

My chest was already HUGE by then (I was a D before pregnancy and a G by the time I was nursing) so i bought an extra large and I still felt like I had enough support, yet enough room to grow when I got my milk. I also got a few of the tank tops with built in nursing bras. Once I settled into regular nursing and wasn't engorged any longer, I bought nice nursing bras. This is my favorite nursing bra.

I bought some bras at Kohls and they had the "If you wore a <insert size>, buy this one". It worked for me. I actually bought a few different brands at diff. stores and the kohls ones were the ones that worked. GUessing what size that was going to fit didn't work. GOod luck!

I have nursed all 8 of my kids (twins are #6 & #7) and I never changed cup size EVER!

After my first child (since I was brainwashed into thinking that I NEEDED to use nursing bras), I just used my regular bra (I do not wear underwire bras though), I just lift up and pull the side over my breast that I need, and feed like that.......I only need one hand to get ready, and only one hand to put everything back in place.....I am a "C" cup if that matters.

    Good luck

Check what type of lactation center/services your hospital and/or clinic might have. The hospital where I delivered has a lactation center with specialists that visit the OB patients. After I delivered my girls, the lactation specialist came to my room, measured me and brought me an assortment of bras to try on. It was perfect. I was able to purchase the bras before I was discharged. AFter 6 months, I am still wearing them. I didn't have as much trouble with engorgement with my twins as I did with my singletons, so my size hasn't really changed.
