NUK BINKIES = LIFESAVER!

Up until yesterday, I thought my finger was going to be Angelo's only binkie option because he could never latch onto it right (we were using NAM binkies) & it would fall out instantly (Anthony loves it & never had a problem besides the occasional falling outage). Obviously, sucking on my finger doesnt do much help when I'm trying to put him down for a nap.


UNTIL, I discovered NUK by Gerber binkies (I sound like a spokesperson :laughing!!! I'm guessing its the shape or something, but he latches on perfectly & neither one of them spit it out.. they fall right asleep with it in their mouths.. yaaay!!


Just wanted to pass that along.. its funny how little things can make moms life so much easier!!! WOOHOOO FOR WAL-MART!!

 

that's the kind i used and it saved my life many times lol

 

We love Nuks! I used them with all of my boys!

Anna uses Nuks, and we love them. Jack uses the Playtex orthodontic ones - mostly because we had them and I thought it would be easier for them to use different ones for some reason. He used the Soothies before that, but he latches on so much better to the Playtex ones. Sorry - I'm rambling.

But, he can spit it out of the crib and onto my bed two feet away in the middle of the night. I feel the *smack* of it hitting me and know I have about three seconds to find it before he starts screaming bloody murder!!!!

 

Mine use these-I have no complaints! We also use NUK bottles they seem to like them better then the Dr. Brown's we try and force them to use
I think it is the shape of the nipple that they like.

Same here, we try and get them into other binkies but it always goes back to the smoothies. they just like them better.

 

The hospital started mine on NUKS and DS loved his. When we got home I switched him to MAMS because I had lots of them here and he loved those as well.

DD would not take any binky.

At 5 months I took it away from DS and he didnt seem to care.

It is amazing how each baby has a preference!

 

My dd LOVED the nuk binks, so I just assumed the boys would too so I stocked up. Naturally, Finn could care less about binks and Van prefers the mam brand...

 

DD was the only bink user here and LOVED the Avent ones - it was the only one she would take up until she was a year and then she had no preference as long as it was a binky!
