O.K., those who read my post about last night know that Allison isn't feeling well. About an hour ago I was sitting on the sofa nursing Ellie. Allison was right next to me - head at the edge of the sofa and feet to the back of the sofa. Well - I must have nodded of while nursing. I wake up by hearing this sliding noise and bam - she landed right on her head! Boy did she cry. She seems O.K. - no bumps - can move all her parts - no loss of consiousness - but that just added insult to injury for her. I am glad we haven't switched to hard wood in the living room yet - so at least it was about an 18 inch slide onto carpet - but I sure do feel bad. I am going to make sure the dr checks that out too - but I just feel so bad about that. I know better than to lay them like that on the sofa. UGH

Awww man! :hug99: Don't worry about that, I know I have done things like that BUT I had a good nights sleep! :shok: At least you were tired. As long as she is doing good, chalk it up to sleep deprivation. :hug99:

You are definitely not the worst mommy - you were totally exhausted, and these things happen. Heck they happen to me ALL the time, tired or not
    I'm glad she's ok

    I'm glad that she's okay!
I once had Isabel in a front carrier and slipped on some ice. We fell down and she bumped her head on me...we went to the doctor and he said that babies are tougher than we think :)

This is going to sound strange but I was thinking that they have not fallen off YET. Everyone I know has had their kid fall off the couch. I know we are due in time. Actually I caught Nevan the other day, so itll be soon enough!
