I've gotten a few minor ones mostly when I wake up in the morning or in the middle of the night. It is pretty dry in my house and we have the furnace on (we are in Minnesota) so I have been stuffy since October I think.
Mine stop within a minute or so and don't reoccur for a while. I just figure we have so much extra blood pumping in our pregnant bodies that any chance it has to escape, it does ;)
Mention it to your OB to be on the safe side.

I had them towards the start of the second trimester and my doctor assured me that they were normal as long as I wasn't bleeding excessively. He said something about my mucus membranes in my nose swelling and causing irritation which is why I always seemed stuffed up and was blowing my nose alot. Hope this helps.

Very normal to have nosebleeds. Its the increase in blood flow. I had them with all my pregnancies.I've gotten lucky so far with this one.Not one so far.

Add me to the nosebleeds crowd. It happened when I was pregnant with ODD and it is happening again.

A lot of the time, I'll notice it when I blow my nose. What a yucky surprise!

Yep me too. I have had more nose bleeds pregnant then since I was a kid. The doc told me two things, 1: I have way more blood flow pumping thru and the vessels in the nasal cavitiy are close to surface and 2: get a humidifier because it's really dry in the house with heat during the winter and this should help.

I get a nosebleed almost every morning. My OB said as long as it didn't last long and get really (REALLY) heavy that it was no big deal. It's a hassle, but oh well. A goofy nosebleed is worth having two beautiful babies on the way.

I read this post yesterday and hadn't had any nosebleeds and then last night I was at home and I got one. how weird!! But my little sister gets them a lot and I know she always puts ice on the top of her nose to stop it so I did that and it stopped within 2 minutes.

I had them severely when I was pg. I would get them out of nowhere in the middle of the night and had to run to the bathroom and it would already be all over me. They would last for almost 3 hours each time. I had my nose cauterized...it sucked. But good news is it never happened after I gave birth. Thats the only thing that stopped them. Dr said its actually very common in pg, especially with multiples.
