Thank you ladies for asking about Noah's surgery. It was a successful webbing, buried weewee, circumcision for him. After his block wore off, he was in pain and need the Tylenol w/codiene to get through the night. Jacob missed him desperately yesterday and was happy when Noah was coherent so they could play some.

Today, he is very active. Still though to manage pain he is getting a 1/2 dose of the Tylenol w/codeine. He is eating well and wanting to cruise around. He is even eating better than Jacob :(.

The bandage comes off when he gets a bath on Thursday so then I can assess how "bad" it really looks with the healing process since it was not a normal circumcision. I am sure it is not a pretty sight.

But, things are getting a little bit back on track here and hopefully in three weeks he will be completely healed as projected.

Not to be too nosey, but what happened? I have been gone on vacation? One of the boys penis' looks "weird" ---maybe this is something I need to look into?

Oh good! That Tylenol w/ codeine must be taking the edge off his teething pain! :icon_eek:

    To respond to Alaska Mom:
Noah could not be circumcised at birth because he had "webbing" which is extra skin attached to the weewee and scrotum. So, we had to wait to have him done until he was grown enough. His wee wee has always looked "normal" per the uruologist. The surgery is basically a circumcision but, they have to do cosmetic surgery to remove the extra skin so his wee wee will lay right as he got older. It also caused the wee wee to be "buried". So, it is not a simple as a normal circumcision.

    To Royal Jennyness:
Tylenol w/codiene...fabulous stuff......I have joked I should give some to Jacob.
