From time to time, the boys go through days where their not interested at food at all & will barely eat anything (will always drink milk though). Is this normal? When it happens, I try to offer food throughout the day, but majority of the time, it's a no-go. Their healthy as can be & it doesn't seem to be an issue for them for the days it happens. I'm going to ask my pedi, but was just curious what you girls have to say.

My two always go through "phases" like this. They'll have a week where they'll eat anything and everything and then lay off of food for a week. :pardon: I think we moms worry but it's normal. As long as they are healthy, happy and sleeping ;) I think it's fine. :good:

I think it's fine if they are happy and everything else is normal. If you are worried on occasion maybe hold back on their milk so they are more hungry for the next meal? Are they drinking a lot of milk?

Yes it's perfectly normal. Toddlers often have days where they don't eat much and days where they eat lots. When watching their food intake try looking at week blocks instead of individual days, you will probably find it all evens out.

I would say it's normal. We go through days where they barely eat a thing and others where they will eat everything in sight.

Yes, totally normal. Look at their food intake over a week instead of day by day and I bet you will find they are eating more than enough.

Mine do the same thing, especially when they aren't feeling well. As long as they are drinking they are fine.

My pedi said it's a totally normal cycle for toddlers to go through. She said they will eat like mad some days & then refuse foods other days & it's just how their bodies work. So I think yours are fine, unless they're showing other signs that they may not be feeling well, don't worry about those days! :)
