Have you thought of going into the doctor and getting a blood test? :hug99: I can't imagine the uncertainty!

How long are your cycles? If you had your last period on 3/7...today would be cycle day 33. It's not out of the realm if you have longer cycles. Hang in there!

The latest for a bfp would depend on your cycles and, you know, some women don't get a positive hpt. Call your doc and get the blood test so you will know! Crossing my fingers for you.

I have a friend that never got a BFP - I mean she bought the home tests and the first one was BFN so she went to the dr and the blood test was positive they did an ultrasound and there was a baby - so when she was 6 months along she found the second home test in her closet - she took it and still BFN!!! at 6 months she was very obviously pregnant and already knew the baby was a boy!!

Good luck!! I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I agree, call the doctor, tell them your AF is late, but BFN hpt, but you have early pregnancy symptons and want a blood test and/or u/s

I would call the doctor. My sister had BFN's for I think all three of her kids.

This makes sense, by 6 months you are producing less human chorionic gonadotrophin (which is what they measure in HPTs). So a person could go down to as low as 3000MIU/ML of hcG even if they had high numbers during the first 10 weeks or so! A not so good pregnancy test may not pick it up very well!

It could also be a cyst or annovulatory cycle.

Have you thought of doing charting? With my DD1, when we first started TTC, my cycles suddenly went berserk! I went three months with no AF, but not preggo (after having "normal" cycles for quite a while). Then I went another three months and got pregnant with her on the last month. So I had two months each time with no ovulation. Then, after having two miscarriages in a row when DD1 was a year old, I decided to chart. I noticed that my cycles were longer than average (about 35 days at the time). Anyway, I used fertilityfriend.com. I pretty much KNEW when I ovulated and it was neat to learn about how my body worked. That way, I didn't have to wait and wonder...did I ovulate or not...or WHEN did I ovulate, etc.? I knew when I could start peein' on a stick. :)

Hope you get good news soon. I know how stressful and emotional it can be to TTC after a loss. :hug99:

Nope no charting but I think I might go take a look at the site you mentioned. Couldnt hurt:)

Still no AF today but I have spotted for a min or 2 for the last 3 days.

If you chart, you'll know when you ovulated. You may not have ovulated at all. Cycles can be off for a variety of reason. I didn't conceive the twins until CD 47, but I knew I was ovulating at that time and got my BFP 2 weeks later.

We are not doing anything to prevent it, But I'm not sure I would call it actively trying. We had our hearts set on a summer baby, maybe that's just us being selfish but there's just so much going on in the winter months. I would have been hard to swing 3 birthdays and Christmas in December had I been pg. We would have done it and been more then happy but it would have been hard. Like I said were not doing anything to prevent it so if it happens it happens and we will be thrilled. but were hoping for a spring summer baby:)lol
