NFL Game, would you go?

We've received free tix to an NFL game this Sunday. Something we'd never buy - as they are 50 yard line, 5 rows up from field tix. I'm sending DH regardless, because he really deserves to see his team play. Not sure if I should go. We'd be looking at parking further away, and taking an RTA train to the stadium for less walking. I'm 25 weeks this week. I'm doing "ok" - I just have to make sure I stretch and not sit for long periods, or I pay for it later! Should be about 55-60 degrees, no rain predicted.

This will be the last time we have this kind of opportunity for a very long time.

    Would you go?

If you are really feeling well and not having lots of contractions, yes, I would. I think at 25 weeks I could have managed something like that (or at least, half a game) as long as there wasn't too much walking.

Of course, as a Steelers fan, I have to hope your team loses.

That's ok - we're actually Bengals fans, and had our fun last week ;) LOL

I just went to an NFL game this past weekend at almost 29 weeks and it was fine other than the fact that I got tired from the walk to and from the train to the stadium (only a 5 min walk!) and it was so hot outside in the stadium that I had to spend most of the 2nd half inside in the a/c. Otherwise it was fine, and fun!

I vote go. I went to a college football game (Pitt v. Navy) the night of my baby shower at 31 weeks. Make sure you're hydrated and fed well, though - It's easy to neglect that in the face of stadium food prices.

Go for it! Just don't plan on anything else for that day- no loading the dishwasher, anything. Save your strength/stamina for the walks & sitting for the game.

Our boys are 3 weeks old so we really can't go to any games this year. :pig:

I'd only go if it were a Cowboys game. Just kidding - I'd go for it - sounds fun! Enjoy those great seats!

You should go for it. If you are feeling good, there really isn't any reason you should miss out. And hey, at 25 weeks pregnant with twins...you should be able to jump the line in the ladies room ;) ! (I know I did at Fenway Park for the Red Sox and for Jimmy Buffett!!) Have fun!!

ETA: Does your Nolan have a birthday on Feb 15th? I just noticed that your ticker for him and mine for my twins(Nolan and Meghan) are the same!!!! What an odd coincidence.

If you are feeling well enough to go, then I say go for it and enjoy yourself!
