Newbie to the First Year

    After a 4 hour induction, artificial rupture of membranes, and epidural placement, my DD decided to flip to breech, and thus, Benny and Emma were born through C-section on May 3rd. Emma ( Twin A) was 6 lbs and 19 inches at 3:13 pm, and Benny was 5lbs 8 oz and 18.5inches at 3:14 pm. As They were being born, a thunder and lightning storm was just starting outside!! Good omen?? or shall we expect a couple of troublemakers? LOL

    We were discharged from the hospital on May 7, Emma weighing 5 lbs 9 oz, and Benny weighing 5 lbs 4.5 oz. We are now on Day 11, and Emma is back to her birthweight of 6 lbs, and Benny is 5 lbs 10 oz ( 2oz over his birthweight!) We are exclusively breastfeeding and loving every minute of it :)

    Just thought I'd introduce ourselves :)
