New to Twins

    Hi everyone!
    I looked around to see if there was a proper place to introduce myself, sorry if I missed it. I just found out I am expecting twins, so I figured this was as good a place as any.

    My name is Chelle and I am currently 9 weeks. I was surprised to see two little heartbeats on the ultrasound, but feel very blessed at the same time. I was excited to find this forum, and hopefully I can learn a lot more from the more seasoned moms of twins.

    I look forward to learning from y'all!

    Hi Chelle,

    I'll be 9 weeks on Friday and it is great to have you here to share with. After reading a million horror stories on google, I made the extremely wise decision to join this board. You will get great information from women who have experienced twin pregnancies firsthand. You'll get honest feedback, and not just people throwing false and unnecessarily frightening information at you. Welcome!

    Welcome and congrats on the babies! We were 9 weeks when we saw the two babies on the ultrasound too, surprise! Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy :)

    Heather- Yes these are mine and my husband's firsts.

    The end of last year after trying for 8-9 months we found out we I had PCOS and after finally getting an action plan in place with our doctor, I found out we were PCSing (military speak for move). I was hesitant about the move because I felt like I had finally started making progress. Fortunately we had time for one round of Clomid before the move and BAM, I guess we got lucky.

    We were not expecting it on the first try at all, so it was a pleasant surprise, and then another when we saw two babies!

    Hi everyone! Congrats to all of you on your twins!
    I just found out that I am 6 weeks, total shock to see two tiny heart beats on the ultrasound but im excited and feel very lucky.
    This website is awesome so far, I cant wait to learn from all of you ladies that have been through it :)
