Hi all, I just found this website, and am so excited to have found a message board devoted to twin mommies...I've been on other pregnancy boards, but am learning that my pregnancy is so much different that I don't feel like I have much in common with singleton mommies. Anyway, I've been on modified bed rest since week 13 due to a 4cm separation behind my son's placenta. It seems to be stable, but they are keeping a close eye on me. I still spot almost daily, but no cramping... I'm looking forward to getting to know you since it seems I will have lots of time on my hands in the months to come!
Hi Tracy, welcome to TS. :wavey: Congrats on your twins. Sorry about the modified bedrest. I would encourage you to join our Big Sister Program. You will be matched up with another Mom with older twins and she will support you throughout your pregnancy and beyond. Click on the link in my signature for more information, it's a great program. Again, congrats and welcome.
Congratulations on your twins and welcome to twinstuff. It's a great place for support and info! There are tons of wonderful, knowledegable people on this site!
:wavey: Tracy!! Welcome to TS. I've found the same thing as you that on other pregnancy sites I just don't have anything in common with the moms who are expecting singletons. Heck I'm finding that my friends IRL aren't understanding how truly different a twins pregnancy is from a singleton pregnancy and are surprised at how different things are for me. I hope you continue to have a healthy pregnancy.
:wavey: Tracy!! Welcome to TS and  on your twins!! You have come to the right place for information on a twin pregnancy, support and friendship. I hope the seperation behind your sons placenta stays stable and you continue to have a healthy pregnancy. :hug99:
