well.. this may not be new to some, but it is to me [IMG]
my boys love gold fish crackers.. so the other day, i decided to dip them in the peanut butter jar and they ate them up! Then i dipped them in cream cheese.. same thing! So at least i know they are getting SOMETHING besides the actual cracker. anyway, another TS'r posted a website the other day, and i'm telling you it has been the BEST.. its called www.wholesometoddlerfood.com and it has LOTS of printable meal stuff and recipes and snack ideas that are healthy for toddlers.

Mine love anything dipped in peanut butter or cream cheese. They just had cream cheese for the first time last night and Jessy is crazy for it!

That's funny, mine are very skeptical about dipping (or spreading, like butter or jam). They seem to like their foods plain. (Although Sarah was dipping her waffle in her yogurt this morning -- that was a first!) I have trouble with snack ideas too.

Mine love to dip and they love goldfish. I'm going to try that today! Thanks!

Here's a twist to your new idea......

    GO FISHING!!!

Use pretzel rods or sticks like fishing poles - put some peanut butter on the ends and then fish for the goldfish out of a small bowl!!!!!

I haven't tried it yet but I imagine the girls will love it! They love all of the ingredients......I just haven't felt like I've had enough patience to try it lately!!!!

    Have fun fishing!
