Argh! I am so tired of the changing minds in this house. Meghan and Dylan just flip flop every five minutes. They want milk I get it and then no I dont want it. I want an apple (same thing). What do i do??? Any suggestions are welcome.

Hey Becky, you know I go through this too. I finally just take the option away and let them have their fit in their spot. It's usually just a prelude to a tantrum! :D

Get a nice soft carpet piece for your laundry room and let em rip!! :D

I think it is a power thing and they are seeing how far I will let it go.

OMG, Ainsley drives me NUTS with this! She does it usually when she's in her Morning Grump phase. It usually goes something like this:

    Sippy Cup!
    (hand Ainsley her cup)
Nooo!!! Nooo sippy cup. Chucks sippy cup on the floor.
    Sippy Cup!
    (give it back)
Noooo!! Chucks cup on the floor.
    Repeat ad nauseam.

The only thing that sort of works is to stick with something and tell them "well that's what you picked" and ride out the tantrum. She also does this with clothes, toys, etc.
